1. Can I add users & storage space to an existing account?

   As an admin-user, you may add additional users and storage space to your DocuBuzz account at any time.

2. What operating systems and browsers does DocuBuzz work with?

   DocuBuzz is a web-based solution that is independent of the type of PC you use. You can access DocuBuzz with any modern web-browser, for example: Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 1.5 or higher & Safari 3.

3. What kind of files can I store in DocuBuzz?

   You may upload any type of files to DocuBuzz. Most common file formats can be previewed from within the DocuBuzz environment making it easy to organize and manage your digital documents.

4. How can I share my files?

   You can easily share the folders you create in DocuBuzz with the other users in your account. Folders can be shared as “Read Only”, “Read & Write” or “Read, Write and Delete” depending on the type of access you want to give to the other users. You may also choose to share folders only with selected users.

5. Can I share files with non-users?

   Yes. You can easily email files as attachments to anyone from with the DocuBuzz environment. You may also send links to files so that your recipients can download these files from DocuBuzz through a public interface at their convenience.

3. How much does DocuBuzz cost?

   DocuBuzz is a subscription-based service. Subscriptions begin from as low as SGD 20 per user per month for a 3 user / 9 GB account. Refer to our pricing table for more information.

4. Can I try DocuBuzz before subscribing?

   Absolutely. You can sign-up for a 30-day full-featured, obligation-free trial to evaluate whether DocuBuzz meets your needs. Simply upgrade your trial account to a regular account to continue enjoying the DocuBuzz benefits beyond the trial period.

5. How can I pay for DocuBuzz?

   You can choose to subscribe to DocuBuzz on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. We accept online payments through Paypal. You may also choose to pay offline – we accept Singapore Dollar cheques drawn on any Singapore bank for annual subscriptions.

Data security

1. Where are my files stored?

   The DocuBuzz application and data are hosted in a state-of-the-art Tier 4 data-center located in Singapore. The data is also securely backed up to an off-site server on a different network, for added security and reliability.

2. How secure are my files & documents?

   The security and privacy of your data is extremely important to us. Your data on our server is encrypted with AES-256. The US National Security Agency uses the same encryption standard.
